Step 1. First of all sign in windows 10 using an administrator account. Now press Windows + I to open “setting” and after that click on “Time and Language”.

Step 2. Select “Region & Language” on the left and then click on “Add a language” on the right.

Step 3. So, now a page will open up which is include different language and now you can select the language you want.

Step 4. Go back on “Region & Language” and click on the language that you installed. Now there are three options: Set as default, Option, and Remove. Under option-click download the language pack keyboard and for the language.

Step 5. Once the language has downloaded click on it and selects set as default.

Step 6. Now open control panel  > origin, the traditional setting is displayed.

Step 7. So, now click on the administrative tab and select a copy setting.
